During this short 5-10 minutes you will naturally acclimate to the environment and begin to relax.
This helps shed barriers and allows for more openness to your healing journey.
We will complete an assessment and intake pertaining to areas in life that you want to improve from.
This does include nutrition with Ayurvedic attributes.
If there is a mental block that is preventing you from moving forward in this life, we will banish it together.

NLp / general coaching
This is and overall full spectrum coaching session. After a FREE consultation, we will decide on the length of coaching program you may desire. 2 sessions per week for 3 to 6 weeks are the two options.
$75.00 for the first session that involves a full intake and the plan. $50.00 per session after that.
This will use a combination of my offerings with specific tools from NLP { Neuro-Linguistic Programming }.

qi gong is meditation with movement
Qi Gong is a centuries-old system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation. Used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. Especially good for calming the nervous system.

Together we will go through a series of gentle movement with breathwork and corresponding music that is designed for this exercise. The benefit is that by doing this walking meditation with me you can achieve accelerated benefits that tap into my years of experience...

YIN YOGA
The Yin and the Yang of it all. This is the concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. Think of Yin as the calm pool at the base of a waterfall and the raging water as the Yang. Yin yoga guided practice will slow things down. A well performed Yin practice can allow the physical body to achieve deeper affects of yoga stretching. This type of focus expands the healing possibilities and brings the body into alignment. Can be done with a spiritual meditation component or a simple quit yoga with breath work.
Reiki Energy healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

mindful meditation
Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Mindfulness techniques can vary, but in general, mindfulness meditation involves a breathing practice and awareness of body and mind. Practicing mindfulness meditation doesn't require props or preparation. I will guide you and train you within a set of sessions how to develop this valuable skill for your life... After a consultation we will together determine the amount of sessions it may take.
Average is 3 to 5 visits.. The tune up short session you may do at anytime to get back on track or work out a new issue.

yoga alignment
This session is a very specifically designed Yoga class for the individuals needs.
We will first have a consultation and evaluation based on your needs. Individuals may already have problem areas or may not.
My evaluation is based on how a person stands, walks and moves in certain yoga poses. The information gathered will be assessed and then developed into a personal Yoga sequence for your personal healing.
Average sessions are 3-5 and tune ups may come along as you make progress.
